  • How do I open the Demonstration Project?

Cradle comes bundled with a demonstration project that allows you at a glance to look at a project for a proposed new air service to be run from a small provincial airfield.

To start exploring this project, Ensure that 'XVision' (or another X server eg Exceed) is running (look for icon on your taskbar.)

In Windows® Go to Start => All Programs => Cradle => Toolset to open the main Cradle tool.

In Unix, Linux type c_run in your X-window:

In the log-in screen:

The username is Manager
The password is Manager
The Project code is DEMO

You can access this demo in Read Write or Read only states

Select Login to produce the Toolset interface:

Toolset's default view is 'Alerts'. Alerts are designed to inform users of any changes in the project. These alerts are either automatically generated by Cradle or sent by other project users.
