Interface

The documentation for any interface should be clear and easily understandable. Screen-dumps of the interface with concise and unambiguous explanations of each feature allows users to understand the interface easily.

Systems

The systems documentation needs to have more detail than the interface documentation. The Administrator/manager of the new system will need a more in-depth understanding of the system to be able to properly manage the running of the system, identify and report/fix errors, bugs, areas of weakness in the new system and to give usefull feedback to the developers of the system so that fixes, enhancements and patches can be created.
