Austin, TX – April 4, 2008 – The Integrated Product Management (IPM) Alliance and sponsors 3SL, Pivotal Product Management and Ryma Technology Solutions announced today the launch of a Road Show Series, consisting of seminars and workshops to discuss Integrated Product Management with product management professionals. The Road Show Series will be conducted across North America beginning in April.
“Integrated Product Management is the optimal coordination of four elements - business, process, people and technology - for the purpose of bringing successful products to market with increased cost margins and increased competitive margins,” said IPM Alliance president Larry Coppenrath. “The demand for IPM is increasing, and it is driven by the need for sustained competitive advantage, cross-functional leadership skills, adaptive processes and technology modularity.”
Today’s economy is energizing more and more companies to realize that innovation is the key to growth and competitiveness, and more than ever the need for an integrated approach to Product Management is essential. A product manager’s worth is based on how well he or she can innovate to provide value for both customers and investors. Without an Integrated Product Management approach, your ability to tightly integrate your business strategy, people, processes and technology is at great risk.
