Web Access to Support Calls
If you are a 3SL customer, we want to make it easy for you to report issues with Cradle or ask us for improvements! Although we are only a phone call or an e-mail away, you may find it convenient to use the Customer section of our website.
Through this section, you can:
- View all support calls logged for your Cradle system, provided the website recognises you as a customer
- Log new support calls, provided that you are recognised as a site rep
So to make use of these services you need to have created a login account in our website, and this account needs to have been nominated as either a customer, or as a site rep(resentative).
If you don’t have a login account yet, select the Register button in the bar at the top of all web pages to create one. If you already have a login account, click here to e-mail 3SL support to ask us to nominate your account as a customer, or click here to be nominated as a site rep.
You can find the Customers area inside the Support part of the website. To find it, select Support → Customers from the bar at the top of the web pages:

Inside the customer area, you can either log a support call or view all support calls that have been logged for your Cradle system. You can do either directly from the menu bar at the top of the web pages.
To log a support call:
- Select the Support →Customers →Log Call:
- Complete the form that appears:

- Please be sure to select accurate values from the Component list box (so that we know which part of Cradle your call relates to) and from the Priority list boxes, noting that the call priorities mean:
- URGENT, a major issue, work stopped / cannot continue, no workarounds
- HIGH, a significant issue, work impaired, workarounds may exist
- MEDIUM, an issue, work can continue, possibly with workarounds
- LOW, an observation, address as time permits
- Select the Submit button when you are done, or select Reset to clear the form and start again
To get a list of your support calls:
- Select the Support →Customers →Call Queries:
- The latest call list appears for your Cradle system:

If many calls have been logged for your Cradle system, this table will be quite large. We intend to expand the range of options for this part of the website and, in particular, to provide a choice of views of these call details and means to filter the list of your calls that are shown.
