3SL is pleased to announce that we have completely updated our website!
The new 3SL website is a fresher, brighter and easier to use facility. We have looked at how people use our site and listened to the user community and designed a site that will meet the needs of our customers.
It is more accessible, navigable and easier to use.
We have also added the beginning of multilingual support in our website, with more languages coming soon. These multilingual pages are referenced by our other domains, and can also be accessed from the national flags at the top of the main page:

The most exciting new feature is 3SL Live. This is where we have embraced a range of the social networking mechanisms. We have a 3SL blog and a feed to Twitter that we will be using to keep our followers up to date on the latest news in the world of 3SL and Cradle. New releases, newsletter releases, development milestones and other relevant information can be shared instantly and feedback received and acted upon. We will be evaluating other social networking avenues as and when they appear.
Another new feature coming soon will be live customer support through the website. This will be a panel whereby you can click a button on the website and have a chat-window open with one of our technical support staff. This will allow 3SL support to investigate problems and find solutions more quickly than before. With your permission and consent, our support staff can access your computer directly and troubleshoot problems to help solve issues quickly.
We will also add simple guides that explain how to get the best out of Cradle. These will be in the form of animations that lead the user through how to do common tasks and highlight hints and tips to make the use of Cradle easier, better and more productive.
All in all we are making the Cradle experience better and better all the time.
