For instance you can submit and review information in Web Access as well as unsubmitting items. These CM tasks are available in the <em>Web Access<\/em> &#8220;<em>Configuration Management<\/em>&#8221; sidebar:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1453\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1453\" style=\"width: 316px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1453 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.threesl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/cm_sidebar.png\" alt=\"CM Sidebar in Web Access\" width=\"316\" height=\"218\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.threesl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/cm_sidebar.png 316w, https:\/\/www.threesl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/cm_sidebar-300x207.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 316px) 100vw, 316px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1453\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Configuration Management in Web Access<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.threesl.com\/cradle\/help\/7.2\/Web%20Access\/Tasks\/submit_items_query.htm\">submit items by query<\/a> or you can submit them <a href=\"https:\/\/www.threesl.com\/cradle\/help\/7.2\/Web%20Access\/Tasks\/submit_items.htm\">individually<\/a>. Providing there are reviewers for the information, any user can submit information for approval.<\/p>\n<p>Items can also be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.threesl.com\/cradle\/help\/7.2\/Web%20Access\/Tasks\/unsubmit_items.htm\">unsubmitted <\/a>which cancels their review. This does depend on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ownership of the items<\/li>\n<li>The current user&#8217;s privileges<\/li>\n<li>The status of the item in the database<\/li>\n<li>Whether any reviewers have started to review the item<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once items have been submitted for review, they can also be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.threesl.com\/cradle\/help\/7.2\/Web%20Access\/Tasks\/how_to_review_items.htm\">reviewed <\/a>in <em>Web Access<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>If you have the <samp>TEAM_APPROVE<\/samp> privilege you can review information on behalf of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.threesl.com\/cradle\/help\/7.2\/Web%20Access\/Tasks\/review_team_members_items.htm\">team member<\/a>, therefore preventing reviews being held up due to team absences,<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1454\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1454\" style=\"width: 802px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1454 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.threesl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/review_item_team_member.png\" alt=\"Configuration Management in Web Access\" width=\"802\" height=\"483\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.threesl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/review_item_team_member.png 802w, https:\/\/www.threesl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/review_item_team_member-300x181.png 300w, https:\/\/www.threesl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/review_item_team_member-768x463.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1454\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Review Dialog<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In conclusion, if you are remotely working, with access to Cradle only via a browser,\u00a0 it is possible to review and approve or reject items.
