Need to be Precise About Colour?<\/h2>\n

If you have a specific colour, say a corporate identity, you may need to reproduce this colour in as many of your tools and their outputs as possible.<\/p>\n

Cradle has a default shipped palette 120 colours. But these may not precisely match your requirements.<\/p>\n

Solution<\/h3>\n

You can tweak the Cradle colours.txt file to change the RGB values to match your colour ident. This colour will now be available in the palette.<\/p>\n

So if you need to produce #ColoroftheYear2017 Pantone\u00ae’s\u00a0 15-0343 Greenery if you choose the nearest RGB values, you can.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> If you use FrameMaker for output, an equivalent change will need to be made in the frame_tcomps file. The colour Names need to match between the two.<\/p>\n
