Trainee / Junior / Senior Support Engineer (position dependent on experience)

Vacancy Description

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. The role of Support Engineer is primarily to support 3SL’s many customers and to test 3SL’s Cradle products, both for new functionality & features and for regression testing of existing features (ensuring that what used to work still does work).

The role will interact with both customers and potential customers. Anyone fulfilling this role could develop into a customerfacing role, or can focus only on testing and developing software.

Responsibilities

  1. Technical support / helpdesk
  2. Guiding customers’ Cradle software installation
  3. Software installation
  4. Create test data and perform software testing
  5. Develop entries for the 3SL blog
  6. Help to enhance social media presence
  7. Other aspects of the role may appear as we become familiar with the person and his/her skills and he/she becomes familiar with us
  8. Potential to progress to a training role where training courses are provided to our customers onsite, this would involve travelling
