Yourdon

The principal of a company whose consultants developed a widely used systems development methodology, whose ultimate expression is contained in the Yourdon Reference Manual version 3. Having left this company, Yourdon was the co-developer of object oriented methodologies, and has since cast doubt on their universal applicability. The name is often used as the name of the methodology.
